REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS purchased online are eligible for an exchange or refund. The merchandise must be postmarked back to Christina Williams Designs within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all postage required to return your item(s).
PLEASE NOTE items must be returned to CWD in the condition in which they were received. All merchandise must have the original tags attached, must not be used, worn, washed or altered in any way.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we will be more than happy to replace the item.
ALL MERCHANDISE MARKED FINAL SALE is non-refundable and is not able to be exchanged. CWD will not accept, return or offer store credit to any merchandise that was purchased as final sale. No exceptions will be made.
We value our clients and their families too! In order to prevent the spread of the virus and to comply with local Stay at Home orders, we are working hard and as quickly as we can to continue to package and ship all of your orders, while maintaining the level of quality that you have come to expect and love from CWD.
